Fairly clean hotel in a nice building not far from the beach and fifth avenue and The Reef 5 star. Brand-new and air conditioned room, fantastically friendly staff from management and front desk. The pool area is nice too.

The weather was wonderful, had very lovely stay for our 10th vacation.

This hotel was well-maintained, with excellent service and perfect location close to ferry to Cozumel. The staff were especially helpful and the pool was clean.

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with a king sized bed and flowers, for example and got it upon arrival. The specialty restaurant for Mexican food like at your local Mexican restaurant and the poolside bar.

We loved it during our very special stay. Prime location, absolutely fantastic staff, beds were big. Marvellous view, excellent choice of milk, fruit, bread and eggs at the American breakfast.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Rather basic double room, the service was unparalleled. Fruit, meats, eggs, coffee and milk were featured for English breakfast and were high quality. Neat and BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED hotel in Playacar Zona Hotelera district.

The beach nearby was clean and the view was stunningly beautiful. Bright, reasonably large room, everything was fabulous...

My experience at this homey hotel was enjoyable. The room was warm enough and the location was absolutely perfect in the excellent area. The staff was best, were happy to help all the time. Quiet garden and very clean pool area. I loved that the property was 15 minutes drive from the airport.

I liked amazing location and how the place is neat. An amazing beach, exceptional view. Apart from that, coco bongo was 5 minutes away by driving. The building itself was stylish with a nice garden.

On-site restaurant Le Buffete was a bonus, had dinner there. Besides, WiFi in the king room worked very well.

Perfect for walking around, it had nice rooms and the food. Lobby stuff made us feel welcome. We really loved to chill in the nearby Barra Artesanal...

Wi Fi was a welcome feature.

We enjoyed the pool. Les Crepes de Paris was 15 mins walk away.
